Kevin Thakkar
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Thakkar is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at TerSera Therapeutics. Since joining TerSera in 2019, Kevin has held a series of leadership roles spanning FP&A, enterprise finance, and market access. In his current role, he oversees financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and market access.
Prior to TerSera, Kevin spent over four years at NuVasive, Inc. in roles spanning international tax, M&A, and corporate FP&A, including deal structuring and due diligence, financial systems implementation, and investor relations.
Kevin began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP and KPMG LLP, advising on international tax and transfer pricing.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
