Lance Palo
Executive Vice President, Chief Technical Operations Officer
Lance Palo is Executive Vice President, Chief Technical Operations Officer at TerSera Therapeutics. Since joining the company in 2018, he has held a series of senior operational leadership roles. He currently oversees end-to-end supply chain, technical operations, and quality functions across TerSera’s portfolio.
Prior to TerSera, Lance served as Senior Director of Trade Operations at Horizon Pharma following its acquisition of Crealta Pharmaceuticals, where he managed Trade Operations and led the integration of Crealta into Horizon’s systems and operations. Before that, he served as Senior Director of Global Supply Chain & Integration Planning at Crealta.
Earlier in his career, he held supply chain leadership roles at Actient Pharmaceuticals, Hospira, and Baxter.
Lance holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Graduate Certificate in Global Supply Chain Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a BA from Marquette University.
